I’m contacting you regarding the ban that was placed on my account.
From what I understand, I was banned for allegedly buying money from another player. However, I want to clarify that I did not do this and I have not broken this rule at all.
For that reason, I would like to ask for clarification about the exact reason for my ban. If there is any evidence supporting this claim, I would like to see it.
I am confident that I followed the rules, which is why I believe this ban may be based on a mistake or misunderstanding.
