Dear Higher Ups,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to discuss the recent ban I received for Rule 3.2. I was banned after saying "don't cry kids" in prime chat. However, I noticed that Hydra, who issued the ban, did not acknowledge the provoking messages from other players in the prime chat, nor did he issue any bans to them.

I believe that my ban was unfair given the context, and I would appreciate your review of the situation.
