2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List)
1) Explore the illegal side
I enjoy managing and leading people i was also deputy in many legal orgs . So my main aim is to explore the illegal side more as a leader and watch out the functioning of the illegal org from the perspective of a leader.
2) Increase the real illegal characteristics of the organisation
My main focus starts from here, I’ll try my best to indulge people in the role play side more and push them to commit illegal acts ic’ly as much as they can perform, Also I’m planning to hire those people who uses their mic’s for conversation rather than the chats (it doesn’t mean that I’m not going to hire people who doesn’t like to use mics it just mean that I’ll consider speakable people more)
3) Try to make an illegal environment that replicate the real scenario
I’ll try my best to make an illegal environment which do resemble with the real scenario with proper use of rules and rp limits of the project. Will try to encourage my gang members to commit as much acts as they could commit, we gonna try to make the ghetto boundaries strong and active with some ongoing criminal activities
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
a) Usage of commands: I’ll make people use proper commands while committing any act which will at the end increase the rp level in the org
b) proper following of chain of command: I’ll ensure that no body does break the chain of command and should follow orders from the higher ups.
c) Conduct regular events: I’ll conduct regular events to make sure that my guys are feeling comfortable in the environment which will push them to work more nicely for the organisation at the end
