2. Why do you wants to be a leader of this specific organization : First, I have pretty good Experience In Gangs With ranks sitting at Under deputy, And Deputy I have seen gangs Is disrespectfulness In a non RP way, And i really want to Keep it to a standard.
2.1. : I also want to be leader because I have seen in the past ranks just given out to people for no reason And i want to change that by making a better ranking system where people are not getting ranks For doing nothing they will get ranks for doing stuff in the gang.
2.2. : I want to be leader So we can max out gang activity, I have A pretty good reputation That will help with activity. At leader we will Max Out on turfing, Spray paint, Gang Events, ETA.
3. Your advices for improving roleplay In The Organization : As leader to help improve Roleplay we will do multiple store robbery's, Hostages, Always doing sprays, And ghetto activity. I will also make sure there is no favoritism Throughout the gang and No hate either i will keep it clean so we have a full successful term. We will keep the discipline On the high in the gang to Make sure we have no mess ups And follow all the rules!
