2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I want to be the leader of bloods because i have become leader of a lot of organizations by now and i want to gain maximum experience that can be gained in gang side. I was leader of Marabunta, Bloods, Ballas, Unoff and SAHP and every single term was going pretty good. Therefore, i want to have a great term once more again and show the entire ghetto that i and my friends, my team, my crew are the real owner of crime.
2. I spent long of my time in families as deputy or any rank like that and i believe i am the most capable guy for the position of leadership in the Families. And as a matter of fact, i have led lots of events and i openly gained the most important skill of leadership, which is bringing people together and strengthening unity and togetherness. When i be the one who gives orders in an event, that event frequently goes perfect because i know how to behave to a member and make them behave and act properly. So, i believe that when i get the leadership, we are going to do a lot of event and i am sure those events will be led properly.
3. I have taken 3 gangs out of 5 gangs in the crime side and i want to take all of them then have lots of fun with succesful events and conclusions as well as in turfs. I got marabunta, ballas and bloods and got %100 turfs in bloods and ballas so i also want to get %100 turfs in the Families and i am pretty sure i will be getting that. I got plans and the same team i got %100 turfs so it will also be succesful. After all these happen, my term will be both respectable and terrifying and people will be afraid to walk into the ghetto because they will know that stepping into the ghetto will end in being robbed or killed.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
If high command members dont show favoritism and get punished fairly when they do and everything will go smoothly during the term. The same goes for rules even if we tell people not to break them (like wearing personal clothes instead of green families clothes during robberies) if they still break them, they should get fair punishment and they will get for sure.
And also, joining events, doing ghetto activities, and giving enough bonuses are very important. If we promote and demote people fairly and give rewards properly, members will see that everything is managed in a fair way. If we do all of this right then this term could be one of the best they have ever seen and probably will be.
