1) Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I have been actively playing on the EN3 server and EN2 at the past I spend minimam 3 years there and in EM3 about 3 years. During this time, I played alot in RP and most of it was in legal orgs such as FIB LSPD SAHP GOV with HC positions a lot of experience and I almost Know all the rules and numbers for rules and I make a lot of reports about players who is broke the rules of servers Becuse I like the clear inviroments itsactly in this server I would like to help people and make sure no one apove the server rules

4) What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I have Recently worked in Management and Organization in my real life and have come to understand real life situations, how to resolve conflicts between people , how to analyze and understand every part in any situation, aslo how to distinguish truth from falsehood, and also the importance of not rushing to judge people and not rushing to make decisions I will Apply what I have Learned in the server and this can helps a lot.

6) Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
If I got any work IRL witch is not soon but might coming any day

I've submitted many applications to be admin in the past which were somewhat random and sometimes even just copying and pasting from others my EN2 account. I was a bit haphazard and didn't think the way I do now, which led to me being blacklisted. I don't remember which account it was on, and I don't know if it's Still blaclisted because I honestly don't remmber which account I received this penalty on. Now I understand and have learned from my mistakes, and I believe everyone deserves a second chance if this penalty is still on me.
