2) Why do you want to become the leader of this specific organization?
1. I want to be the leader of Government as working as a Chief of Staff in Government, I can see see and sense that the employee's do not take their responsibility and task as formally as they should. I want to build a legislative Government which serves the State and look after the efficient running of it rather than a Government which is lazy and not dedicated and motivated towards their work. I want dedicated individuals who are willing to take the responsibility and pass the formality into new individuals as well.
2. My goal is to create a fair environment where every player gets equal opportunities, rules are respected, and role-play quality is improved across the server. For ex: If a individual is assigned with a rank of DOC Officer, he/she shall not be working anywhere else than assigned the designated place to work at.
3. I believe a Governor must always stay connected with the people and actively listen to their concerns. I will ensure clear and respectful communication between all departments and citizens so that issues are addressed quickly. I aim to make smart, fair, and timely decisions even in high-pressure situations, ensuring stability in the state. By staying approachable and decisive, I will build trust and maintain a well-organized and efficient government.
3) Your advice for improving the Role-Play level in organization
1. Making a Proper Dress-code that is formal, respectable and easily representable
2. Implementing more RP language rather than OOC language.
3. Set proper RP guidelines and expectations so players understand how to behave, reducing random or unrealistic actions.
4. Enhance training sessions with new individuals so they get to know everything from the start and providing them with all the legislative rules.
5. My administration will remain consistently active, responsive, and accountable, ensuring that decisions are timely and the state remains stable and engaging at all times.
