Dear Admins,

This is the link to the penalty I received, and it contains a video of us returning fire against those who opened fire on us while we were doing GP. I received the penalty because of this. Frankly, I must admit that in my 30+ NG Term experience, this is the first time I've encountered such a situation. I want to state that I did not intentionally kill the other person. There were many people shooting, and while I was shooting, I didn't see any indication that the other person was dead. Normally, when someone dies in the game, a yellow "dead" message should appear, but I didn't see that. It might have been a coincidence; there was nothing intentional here. In fact, the POV from my body camera is attached; it shows that I was shooting in that direction, but I wasn't making any particular effort to kill the person. It was completely accidental. If I have done anything wrong, I apologize. Please lift my penalty.
