I wanted to ask about my ban. When I logged into the game on March 22, I saw that I’ve been banned for 60 days under “Investigation 131.” I’m honestly not sure what this is regarding, as I haven’t knowingly done anything wrong or been involved in any such activity.
It’s been some time now, and I still haven’t received any update or clarification. I’ve been trying to understand what might have gone wrong from my side, but I’m unable to figure it out.
I’m fully willing to cooperate with you and provide any information if needed. I just request that you please let me know the reason behind my ban or any updates regarding the investigation.
