today i was proccesing a 10-15 with my friend.
While on the road ID 238759 engine blocked me
Theb ID 238759 and ID 314632 shoot without demands and kill my friend and me
i want them get a punishment and will not repeat this rule break in the future

Post the full situation where you were shooting their car, also don't forget that when they engine blocked you that starts the RP situation, therefore not needing any demands.
