Scooby White was born near Nagpur, India. From a young age, she refused to be the traditional woman her family expected. By the time she was twenty, she was already running crooked schemes to steal money from construction projects.
To fund her move to the United States, she stole a large shipment of spices and sold it to cover her travel costs. After arriving in America, Scooby avoided honest work. Instead, she joined the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP). She realized that patrolling countryside roads would give her credibility and help hide her criminal past.
Now 48 years old, Scooby uses her position and insider knowledge for personal gain. She accesses secured zones meant for state supplies and leaks information to criminal organizations.
CAREER STORY:
Scooby White was once the star of the San Andreas Highway Patrol. she spent all her time at the station, working harder than anyone else to become the department's most dangerous and effective officer. She gained rank, money, and power, but the higher she climbed, the more she saw how corrupt the system really was. She realized that people were promoted for doing favors rather than doing good work.
This changed her, turning her heart cold and bitter. Instead of fighting the corruption, she decided to control it. Scooby became an expert at lying and built a secret criminal empire, selling police secrets to gangs for huge amounts of cash.
Now 48 years old, she is a master of crime. Even though people at the station whisper about her being dirty, no one dares to speak up. There is no evidence of her crimes, only accidents for anyone who asks too many questions. Scooby is no longer a real police officer. She is a powerful underworld leader seeking a kind of revenge that money cannot buy.
OUTCOME:
1. Scooby can take bribes (up to $100,000 and guns/ammo/illegal stuff ) and rob (Pickpocket).
2. Scooby can handcuff other LEOS, break their bodycams to avoid getting caught and also take them to give them as hostage for GANGs in exchange for money due to his past.
3. Scooby can cuff people/Leos to break their bodycams ( /try and /do commands twice per situation) and/or kill them if his identification is at risk. (Valid RP Reason) (no targeting, no PG)
4. Scooby can leak information or Get Information from criminals in exchange for money (Upto 100k, No OOC leaks and keeping MG in mind)
5. Scooby can remove people‘s criminal background or from wanted list for a bribe (up to 100k or weapons equivalent to it).
6. Scooby can do criminal activities. For example, go to the ghetto and ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use any type of illegal items and weapons. ( no ORG gears included )
7. Scooby can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and lie about his name /refuse to provide any type of identification
8. Scooby can Detain someone for fake charge If he severely dislikes them or for revenge. ( within sufficient rp reason and nothing to severe ).
9. Scooby can torture to 10-15s if they refuse to give him money or their guns/illegal items/ammo. (No RDM Only Torture Not Killing without any RP Reason )
10. Scooby can disrespect or shout to his colleagues like gang members to each other ( without breaking GR 6.10 or 6.19 and No Toxicity)
