1) Power and respect - I want Bloods to stay feared and respected on the streets. No one steps on our turf without consequences.
2) Improving activity and Roleplay quality - My goal is to make the organization more active and engaging by introducing structured events, operations, and better coordination between members. I want to ensure high-quality and realistic Roleplay that benefits both the organization and the server.
3) Strong leadership and discipline - A successful gang needs structure and discipline. I have the ability to manage members, handle conflicts, and make fair decisions. As a leader, I will ensure teamwork, loyalty, and a well-organized system within the gang.

1) Maintain discipline and activity - Leaders should ensure members stay active and follow rules. Inactive or rule-breaking members should be handled properly to maintain a strong and respected organization.
2) Improve communication and coordination -Clear communication between members is very important. Using proper chains of command and teamwork will reduce confusion and make RP smoother and more enjoyable.
3) Create structured and realistic scenarios - The organization should focus on planned RP situations like gang operations, conflicts, negotiations, and alliances. This keeps roleplay meaningful instead of random actions and improves overall realism.
