I am writing to raise a concern regarding the current Chief of Police of LSPD. It has come to my attention that the individual is allegedly under an active state blacklist, yet continues to hold a leadership position.

Based on that clarification, the current situation seems contradictory.

If the Chief of Police is indeed blacklisted, then allowing them to remain in a leadership role goes against the established rules. I would like to request a proper review of this matter and clarification on the following points:

• Is the current LSPD Chief of Police actively state blacklisted?
