As u can see no animations of stealing, just got in my car and drove off in GREEN ZONE . I asked from an admin that time and he said it is bug abusing or could be cheating. Please punish these players 537367, 445320 and 526230. (even provoked me).

I started stealing the car in a suitable spot, but the owner suddenly broke the rules, got into the car, and drove off. It was he, not me, who violated the rules. Everything is clearly visible in the evidence I’ve provided (I didn’t actually steal the car afterward I canceled the action, if you check, you’ll see:
