Subject: Complaint about my suspension (power abuse)
Good morning to the respected curators,
I am Rose Okonma, my ID is 94065, and I need to file this formal complaint about what happened today in SAHP. I was just trying to log into the city to do my job as Chief of Staff in the HR Department, and then I see I am suspended. No warning at all, nothing, no message or anything official. It caught me totally off guard, and now I am wondering about how things are handled inside here.
I asked a colleague to look into the logs for me, since I could not, and it turns out Mr. Earik Uchiha | 55674 demoted me and took away all my roles. He did not talk to me about it, no reason given or anything. I think that is not how it should be, especially from someone in a leadership spot like Under Sheriff. It feels unprofessional, you know, not up to what we expect.There have been these ongoing problems with favoritism that I have noticed too. Like this one time, I had to demote someone because they disrespected a High Command member. I followed all the steps, got permission from the Sheriff, and put the reason right in the logs. But then Mr. Earik Uchiha just went and restored their rank, without even asking me or checking in. That messes with the chain of command, and it makes HR look bad, like the rules do not matter sometimes. All this is hitting me personally, but it is also messing up the fairness and discipline in SAHP overall. I am not totally sure how deep this goes, but it seems like it could. So I am asking the curators to please check the logs, look into what Mr. Earik Uchiha did, explain why I got suspended, and make sure procedures get followed properly from now on.
