Hello Mazor,
I'm Mike Ndrangheta, Rank 10 & Founder of the Ndrangheta family

It's about the activity of our family, there was no rule about it so there has to be a certain number of members, we the Ndrangheta family consists of 70 people, where 25-30 people are active every day.

In addition, there was no regulation stating that as an unofficial family you were obligated to attend events.

We were sanctioned yesterday 6/20/22 at 4pm with no incident or conversation.

After the sanction on 6/20/22 at 6:46 p.m., the rules were simply rewritten and interpreted to our disadvantage.

There have been several incidents in the past that were wrongly decided against us, clips without sound were evaluated etc... the main thing is that the Ndrangheta family can be punished

My members are prohibited from expressing their own opinion to comment on the allegations, otherwise it will be punished with a direct ban.
The admin sent a message on 06/14/22 that the families have to drive to the events more often.

We have proof that we immediately became active after the administrative notification on June 14th, 2022, and that the events started on June 14th, 15th, 16th & 19th.

However, our dates are not noted in Vincent Xozis' table, so that you cannot see our activities.
We were punished and it wasn't until hours later that the rules were changed.

It cannot be that decisions are made against us to our detriment and even extra data and rules are changed to sanction us.

We insist on justice, there are many families that are inactive according to the table and they have kept the unofficial status.

Please review the evidence and reconsider the case.
Please take the time and look at our activity from 05/01/22 - 06/20/22, there you will see that we took part in some events and that the allegations that incriminate us are not correct.

It would be very kind if you could comment on this personally and no other third party would comment on it or leave the comment function for the thread creator active.

Hello,

Mazhor already answered the appeal and everything was checked correctly.
You participated in events, correct, but you did not participate in the inoff. event.
The only reason you want that status is to use the functions of an inoff organisation.

Thats simply not true, everbody can tell their opinion but they need to have proofs if you spread information about cases.

That's another false statement from you Vincent. There was no rule until 6:46 p.m. last night that unofficial organizations have an event obligation.

You informed us on 06/14/22 that in future the unofficial events such as the 40s event and the weapons factory will have to be approached and that the families should not rest on their laurels.

In my proof video you can see how we immediately took action on the same day after your request. In my video you can clearly see the date at the bottom right. 14.06 - 15.06 - 16.06 - 19.06

We stick to all the rules, please stop making life difficult for us on the GrandRp #S1, we promote the RP factor and are fun for everyone.

You don't treat us equally like the other unofficial families.

We have complied with your wishes and have been active at the events.

Please let Mazhor look at the whole thing and check it out.

We don't want extra treatment, we want the same rights as everyone else.

Hello,
after talking to curator of unoff. + Mazhor we came to result, that we wanna give you one last chance.
Reason for that is the fact, that you showed your interest of inoff. events and interest in changing your activity / activity of members.

We will give you back the status of inofficial but be warned that you are not allowed to get inactive again.
Please message Powers#2300 again and if I hear one more time about insulting administrators or something else, I will dismiss the status and punish everbody included in these things.
