Hello,


I had created a forum post regarding my account being stolen. My account was compromised due to a virus on my computer, and the attacker changed both the email address and the password. I immediately opened a forum post without wasting any time to report that my account had been stolen.


Now I have managed to recover my account, but when I log in, I see that it has a permanent ban marked as a “security ban.”


I kindly request that my ban be lifted. If necessary, I can provide all required information to prove that the account belongs to me. You can also check my previous forum posts, as there is already a post where I reported that my account was stolen, and I was in contact with an admin.
The person who stole my account changed the email and password. I want to restore the account information to myself. Please help me—I want to change my email and password.
