Hello Chief,
Today my PC was checked by Ronan, Frost and Markus. They thoroughly checked everything on my computer, and I fully cooperated with them. No cheats were found on my PC because I have not used any cheats.
After the check, Markus asked me to open a specific folder and play a video file. That folder contains private personal videos belonging to my brother. I respectfully apologized multiple times (around 5–6 times) and explained that I understood their request, but I could not open that folder because it contains strictly private content.
Despite my cooperation during the entire PC check, I was banned for refusing to open that private folder. I sincerely request that you please review this matter, as I did not refuse the PC check itself I only refused to open personal and private family files.
I hope you will kindly look into this situation.
