Rejected Complaint about Kathi Tired and Arnold von Richter. I 215464

Hello Lebron,

Unfortunately, the admins on Server 1 are once again trying to bend the rules. Two Vagos members I know, whom I had spoken with, got into trouble and were arrested. To free my friends—or rather to prevent them from being arrested—I shot at the police officers and received a DM warning for it, which does not make sense.

Rule 6.15 clearly states that an RP background is required, which was present in this case since I knew these people and had been directly involved with them in a situation shortly before. My first complaint was rejected on the grounds that I was not involved in the situation, which is not true. Therefore, my first question is: where did Arnold get this information from? It is not visible in the clip:

In my second complaint, Kathi stated that I am neither in the same family nor the same organization as those people. This leads to my second question: do I now have to be in the same organization or family as all my friends on the server in order to help them in such situations? This is not stated in the rule and seems to have been added arbitrarily.

Rule 6.15: If you are outside the ghetto, you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example, make demands, and if the person does not respond within 5 seconds, you may shoot them | Warn

The rule clearly states that an RP background or a shot call is required, and I had an RP background.
