I was with LSPD and there was a NG girl harassing me and cuffing me while runing i don't understand this is should be a IC Problem and i cant be org Targetting if im in the org.

This is about multiple casefiles against you as well as abuse of the Org Functions by random tackling etc.
Your punishment will be lifted this time only. If this behavior continues, it will lead to severe punishments.
