The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
Gangs quickly find out about the transfer and plan to attack the convoy to free their people. Meanwhile, state forces prepare a heavily guarded escort, knowing an ambush is very likely.
Both sides now prepare for a tense confrontation on the road, where one side fights to keep the prisoners locked up, and the other fights to set them free.

Prisoners are safely delivered to the FIB facility
Criminal Wins:
Prisoners are freed and successfully escape with the gangs

Criminal Side
4-door cars/SUVs for team movement
1–2 heavier vehicles for blocking
Weapons:
Shotguns / AR
No excessive heavy weapons (to keep balance)
Admin Requirements:
1–2 admins to monitor the event and ensure rules are followed
Admin to spawn/set prisoner transport vehicles / Weapons
Admin to teleport orgs to starting locations
Admin to announce start/end of the event
Rules of the event:
All organizations must go the same Highway (Senora HighWay) No other highways or shortcuts
State organizations must Form a clean convoy and should maximum go 145 KM/H
Crime organizations should find and meet the state orgs and open fire hijack the bus and free their members there

STORY
A group of high-risk prisoners is being transferred from DOC to Los Santos for FIB interrogation. These inmates are important members of criminal organizations, and if they reach the facility, they could be locked away for good.Gangs quickly find out about the transfer and plan to attack the convoy to free their people. Meanwhile, state forces prepare a heavily guarded escort, knowing an ambush is very likely.
Both sides now prepare for a tense confrontation on the road, where one side fights to keep the prisoners locked up, and the other fights to set them free.
Phase 1 — Preparation
- Prisoners are secured at DOC
- LSPD, SAHP, and National Guard prepare escort vehicles
- FIB organizes the transfer and route
Phase 2 — Transport Movement
- Convoy begins moving toward Los Santos
- State forces maintain tight formation
- Gangs begin positioning for an ambush
Phase 3 — Ambush
- Criminal organizations attack the convoy
- Their goal is to stop the transport and free the prisoners
- State forces must defend and keep control
