1. Leader of National Guard
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1) Long-Term Experience and Understanding of National Guard
National Guard has been one of the organizations I have been closely connected with during my time in the state. During my previous experience as High Command in NG, I worked across multiple departments and gained a strong understanding of internal structure, responsibilities, and operational requirements. This experience helped me understand both the strengths of the organization and areas where improvements can be made. Based on my leadership experience and knowledge of NG operations, I now feel confident and prepared to take responsibility as the Leader of National Guard and guide the organization in a professional and structured direction.
2.2) Improving Activity and Operational Readiness
One of my main priorities as NG Leader will be increasing activity across all operational areas of the organization.
My plans include:
- Communication coordination exercises
- Strong participation in global events
- Active support during store robberies
- Maintaining proper gatekeeping discipline
- Ensuring smooth ammunition runs for other LEO organizations
These improvements will ensure National Guard remains active, prepared, and reliable in every situation.
2.3) Fair Promotion System and Strong Internal Environment
As a leader, I will ensure promotions are completely merit-based and fair for all soldiers.
My leadership approach will focus on:
- No favoritism
- Recognition of hardworking and active soldiers
- Equal opportunities for promotions
- Maintaining a respectful and professional environment
I will stay active and approachable as General so soldiers feel comfortable communicating with leadership and remain motivated to perform their duties effectively.
