1. Leader of National Guard
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 - Organisation Leadership Experience
I served in multiple state organisations in this city. I was leader of National Guard and i was also selected as General of the Army. So i know how FIB, LSPD, SAHP and all other state orgs operate. More importantly i know how NG works from inside. I seen what made past terms fail and what kept them going. My plan is to use everything i learned from those orgs and bring a term that people in this city actually remember.
2.2 - Completing the Full Term
The biggest issue i noticed in NG is leaders not finishing their terms. Inactivity, fights inside the org, no planning - term just dies halfway. I will finish my term fully. I got clear weekly goals, regular activity checks and every department head is responsible for their own area. I play GMT+1 which covers the main EU hours and i am online 4-7 hours daily so i will be there during the busiest times on the server. Nobody in my team will be carrying the weight alone.
2.3 - No Favoritism, No Power Abuse
NG always had this problem - HC promoting their friends and treating low ranks badly. I saw this myself when i was in the org. Under my leadership every promotion is earned. Performance, event attendance, training - that is how you rank up, not who you know. IA will work independently and check all logs and footage every week. If someone abuses their rank i will handle it within 48 hours. I want every soldier in this org to feel respected, not just the ones at the top.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
First thing is training. A lot of soldiers join NG and have no idea how to use RP commands, how to handle a stop properly or how to talk on radio. I will set up a full training program under HR that every recruit goes through before their first promotion. Radio discipline, gate protocols, RP commands, event behavior - all covered.
Second is joint operations. NG gets respect by being active in the city not by sitting at base. Minimum 3 joint ops per week with FIB, LSPD and SAHP. This builds our reputation and gives soldiers real RP experience that no training session can replace.
Third is internal events. Every two weeks NG runs its own event inside the org - race, drill, competition, something. Keeps morale up, keeps people logging in, stops the inactivity that kills every term.
4. Departments
HR - Human Resources and Training
Open 24/7. Every applicant gets processed within 24 hours. FTOs are picked based on their record and RP knowledge. No new recruit gets left alone without guidance.
MP - Military Police and IA - Internal Affairs
MP handles gates, base security and convoy escort. IA works independently - checks logs, runs investigations, handles discipline. Nobody gets a pass.
SOF - Special Operation Force
Most active unit in NG. SOF handles criminal situations in the city, supports LEO during raids and responds to hostage situations. Available 24/7.
AF - Air Force
Aerial support for SOF, base perimeter control and surveillance. AF commanders log every operation they run.
