so i was in persuit to arrest my 10-15 when i reached his location u can see he was talking with EMS employee and asked for his passport he started running in chase he jumped into EMS parking from wall in persuit i also jumped to arrest him i was in pursuit of a wanted individual which would allow for me to go into the EMS parking since he ran in, EMS was technically obstructing of justice by interfering with the pursuit, and the arrest itself, they have no right to be talking. when i place him in hand cuffs 541960 he was committing black magic due to black magic he died when i patched him 463245 he came and started shouting for no reason that i killed my 10-15 after word 466292 this guy came and both of them were started defending 10-15 and without any proper conversation in last 463245 this guy opened the EMS parking gate to let him go he helped him to escape
