We filed a complaint against 4 players, but only one of them was punished, and that was jail time.
But as you can see here, there was a lot of rule-breaking (vdm, rdm, cr, mk), but no one was punished for it.

At 0:08, 123987 arrived and tried to kill 10-15 to help him. This is a direct RDM.
At 0:28, someone came and killed 10-15 (ID 8686) and sent him to the hospital (mg rdm mk). He was not punished either.
Then the owner of ID 42372 was trying to send his dead friend to the hospital by running him over with the car. This is considered a direct VDM.
Then at 1:26, 8686 returned to the same place and killed me to help his friend. This is considered an NLR and RDM offense, and he wasn't punished for it.

As for the longer POV, there wasn't anything special; I just received a local message to help my friend, and that's where they started breaking the rules.
