Hi Lebron, I want to explain the situation and the whole point of this appeal if you can just read it, but don't reject it right away, but read everything please. I want to tell you that I got Banned for General Rule 4.1 which reads as follows - 4.1 Players must not have any kind of software that gives any advantage. (of hacks, bots, etc.) Ban 60 days -
my ban is because of this (admin answer) - (You have an illegal redux smoke, it's a different color than you are banned) - I want to indicate that I am a player who does not break the rules of Redux in general regarding that and really 60 days ban is too much because of my ignorance. I would like you to consider carefully and not refuse immediately or at least reduce the punishment to 7 days because it has been 25+ days I think because I haven't entered InGame to check everything since Ban. I really apologize to all the administration because I didn't know what was happening and that it was bannable. Because I have a weak computer and the game crashes a lot, and every fps boost means that at least it doesn't crash as much. Thank you in advance whatever the decision is!
