2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
After returning to the city from a long sleep, I joined back to NG and discovered whilst it was a little different, the heart of NG was still the same, I was home again.
NG has always been my home, and will always remain so. I feel I have the time and experience to lead NG once again and prove that the old ways are not dead, it just needs a little bit of work and I have a team or experienced NG ready to help the org reach it's full potential.
I will work hard to repair the reputation NG currently has with the other orgs and prove that we are not the bottom of the barrel, or an easy target but a force to be reckoned with and are reliable when it comes to globals and events! something the org has been struggling with recently due to low activity, low effort from some High commands, and a generalised lack of motivation within the org. I believe myself and my team of HC can fix these issues.
Lastly the org currently has a massive reliance on huge bonuses in order to get anything done, and whilst bonuses are nice and give incentives they often just cause fake logs, people arguing for positions (example pilots arguing about who is doing a mission), and a massive reliance on the org leaders wallet. I believe bonuses should be earned, not just simply given by doing a task assigned to you, but by actual results! Winning our events, catching trespassers, completing ammo runs successfully etc.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Increased discipline among the ranks, Lower ranks should not be arguing with HC for example, HC should actually be active and not just free roaming until needed for events they want to do.
- Having active units watching our gates and high target areas, currently since the rule was removed our gates remain empty taking away the RP of gate duty, and leaving our base venerable
- Having mass trainings once again instead of just whenever units join, being trained together, doing tasks together, getting promoted together etc creates a bond that can last years, this has been lost by having individual trainings. Training also needs to be relevant to what we actually do, instead of just making sure they know the rules.
