Event details:

Intelligence intercepted a high-level communication indicating a coordinated effort by multiple gangs to breach the main vault of the "Grand Union Bank" in the middle of the city. Unlike a simple robbery, the gangs have taken high-profile hostages ( 2 Bank employees ) and rigged the entire lobby with remote explosives. The event starts with a high-stakes standoff where the gangs have specific demands before they "attempt" the escape.​

Role of Each Organization Involved:

• LSPD/FIB/GOV/SAHP/NG: Negotiating for the hostages' safety and if they win the fight should defusing off the bombs proper commands and save the hostages.
• Gangs: Negotiating for there demands, Managing the hostages, If negotiation fails then back inside the bank and wait leos tell they turn off the bombs successfully and covering them selfs by killing all Leos, and ready to run with money by cars.

Other organizations involved:
All active State Organizations vs. All active Gangs.

Vehicles/weapons needed:

• LSPD: Tactical Riot Vans, Bulletproof SUVs, and Some SWAT vehicles.
• Gangs: Bulletproof vehicles (Armored Kuruma or Jugular) for the final getaway attempt.
• Weapons:
  • LEOS: Carbine Rifles.
  • Gangs: SMGs . (Restricted to low/mid-tier to balance the tactical advantage of the police).

Admin Requirements:

• Setting up "Hostages" inside the lobby.
• Teleporting gangs to the Bank interior and Police to the Location.
• Spawning cars and weapons.

Rules of the event:

1. The Standoff: No shooting allowed until the "Negotiation" fails. The LEOS must give the gangs a 10-minute window to surrender.
2. Hostage Safety: If a gang member kills a hostage, they are instantly disqualified.
3. No Enhancements: Strictly no drugs or juices. Each participant starts with one full vest and that's it.
4. Escape Path: Gangs must exit through the main lobby.
5. No Toxicity: Any OOC flaming leads to an immediate kick from the event.

How is the event won?

• LEOS Wins: If they secure the hostages alive and eliminate the threats, OR if they eliminate all the Gangs member .
• GANGS Win: If they successfully eliminate all the LEOS no one still alive then they can kill the hostages and get out from the Bank get in cars without moving any where.

Prize for the winner:
$400,000 to the winning faction.
