I hope you are doing well.
I want to appeal my ban on EN1 server. I logged in after a long time because my friends asked me to play again, and I saw that my account is permanently banned for “Cheats (EN03).”
I honestly don’t understand this ban because I have never used any cheats or hacks in my life. I always played the game normally and followed the rules.
Since I was inactive for a long time, this ban is very confusing for me. Maybe something got detected wrongly, but I can say clearly that I did not use anything illegal.
I request you to please check my account again and review this ban.
I just want a fair chance to play again.
