2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I’ve spent a long time in the National Guard. Throughout this journey, I’ve given my full dedication to the organization and taken on responsibilities across multiple divisions, including Human Resources, Combat Medic, and Military Police. Each role has shaped my understanding of how the Organisation works from High level to Low.
Beyond the National Guard, I’ve also explored various other organizations both legal and illegal which gave me a broader sense of strategy, decision making, and leadership. Along the way, I’ve learned a lot from my seniors made multipel mistakes yet never gaveup, and grown from those experiences. All of this has built my confidence and prepared me to take on the responsibilities of National Guard as Leader ( General).
During my time here, I’ve noticed that the mates feel bouring before raid hours begin. To improve this, I believe we can introduce activities like Car driving skills, Hide and Seek, Shooting, and other IC events to Increase activity. These will not only keep members engaged but also make them Enjoy RP in the server
As a leader, I focus on maintaining a friendly and supportive environment so that team members feel comfortable and can come to me with there problems with proper COC. I stay active, especially during peak hours, to ensure operations run smoothly and to be available whenever management is required. I also value suggestion from others that can help improve the organization.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Communication which is one of the most important thing required for RP
2. Doing Recruitment Drives at Different time zones so we get activity at all time
3. Friendly nature and regular appreciation to Hard working Soldiers to keep them Motivated
4. Easy Communication with HC and frequent meetings with leader is also very important
5. Strong Relation with other Legal Organisation and Help them whenever required

Human Resources & Training (HR&T) - For recruiting and training
Special Air and Sea Division (SASD) - Trained shooters for combat based situation
Air Force (AF) - For scouting missions, transportation of 10-15 etc.
Military Police (MP) - For making sure internal rules and regulations are followed properly.
Public Relations (PR) - For hosting PR events and interacting with citizens
