The player was dead (downed) and still talking, which is a clear violation of RP rules (Dead Talking / Fail RP)
On top of that, he was insulting me and using offensive language during that time.
This behavior is not acceptable as it breaks RP rules and includes toxic insults.
I ask the administration to review this situation and take the appropriate action.
I would prefer a Moroccan admin to handle this report
