I was by the power station by the electrical car rental guy when i saw this guy running with a gun and shooting people randomly.
I started recording and waited for him to do something. he rammed me with his car as shown in the video proof. i thought he got away so i stopped recording and went to check the recording to report him.
couple of seconds later when i got back to the game i was killed by him as shown by the image proof.
we never had any verbal or pyisical interactions.
he is just killing people randomly.

Just to clarify according to the server time there is only 3 minutes difference between the image and the video
but if you look at the timer there is 30 secends left for me to die
which means he killed me immediately after the video but as i said i was checking the recording and did not know he killed me untill there was only 30 seconds left on the timer
