I logged into my account on 31st March, and everything was functioning correctly at that time. While playing, I also reported two players for cheating at the hotel by submitting an admin complaint, which resulted in their ban. After some time, I logged off. However, on 1st April and again today, I noticed that my account had been banned. Yesterday, it displayed a ban dated 2025, which is incorrect and does not exist, and today it shows a ban dated 2nd March. Additionally, I had reinstalled the game on 31st March. The reason mentioned for the ban is “cheats (twink),” but this is my main account, and as far as I am aware, I do not have any twink account. I kindly request you to review my case and lift the ban. If required, I am willing to undergo a PC check.

Note: i reinstalled game after a long time so i dont remember my ic name : ).
