Hey respected administrator,

I got blacklisted for bug abuse of caravan. I didn't do that intentionally me and my friends asked to admins about the caravan stealing and they said it's fine no rule violation, however because of I left playing for sometime I didn't saw the announcement of caravan bug abuse and i thought it's a game feature. Please give me one chance, I've learned acknowledged the city rules and administrators time importance.
