Definite khan banned me for racism without even giving me a chance to speak or show him my side of what happened? I have screenshots and I can send them over discord. I said in chat in 3 different messages as follows:
why
are all the people from that flew in from india teleporting everywhere, its dogshit, then i went on to explain how its ruining the gameplay because of the fact its impossible to drive in the city without crashing into one of these people, the indians actively talk and speak about how they have 2 accounts so they can essentially "bot" money? and in my statement i said that the city was full of afk indians who are teleporting everywhere, because its the truth? this doesnt make any sense at all someone just please help. i just spent money and i really love playing here, i was banned unjustly

Lets also include the fact, this is my first RP server ever, i am a content creator who has been away from making content for awhile so i came here to make content and like i said this is my first RP server ever. I am just trying to get a good start so i can start making videos. I am VERY familiar with TOS and whatnot, i use to stream on twitch a bunch. So i definately have judgement of when or when not something is racist....

Also, I did not insult any specific person. I made a broad statement. rule 3.1 states insulting a person OOC which I didnt do, because I didnt insult anyone, I made a statement about the gameplay inside of the gang chat so that everyone could see it and open a dialogue

clearly i learned people dont like that dialogue and its a touchy subject, i am new around here and obviously learned my lesson and i even apologized to these people in the chat. What about the barrage of insults they said to me calling me gay and saying nobody likes me? someone literally said "lets rob this racist loser" when iwasnt even being racist man

Yes, but simply ignoring the fact that all the players are indian and lagging is just plain ignorance. It degrades the quality of gameplay.

Like 80% of all the people walking around are indian who are suppose to be speaking english on an english speaking server and it makes it basically impossible to communicate because they simply dont speak the language properly. why are they on a EN server when they are not EN?
