Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Having lead players for a very long time, understanding fully what it means to handle a situation has grew my interest for something more within GRANDRP. Unofficial requirements is a much broader topic and understandment than many players realize. You must know all events, all rules, very specifically event rules, stay update on changes made and so much more. Comphrension of this I know is surface level but Im ready to challenege myself even more.

- Consistency - Being reliable. I don’t pick and choose when to put in effort, I show up and do the job the same way every time.
- Attention to Detail - Small things matter to me, especially ones that others might miss.
What are your weaknesses?
- Overthinking - Sometimes I spend extra time double checking things to make sure they’re correct.
- Hard on myself - Expect a lot from myself, so I can be critical when I make mistakes.
What skills can you bring to the admin team?
- Decision making - I can make fair and quick decisions based on the situation without overcomplicating.
- Organization - I keep things structured and easy to follow, whether it’s logs, reports, or whatever.
- Awareness - I pay attention to what’s happening around me, which helps me catch issues early. This mainly comes from being an Unofficial leader for so long.
