Hello Admin,

I am writing to formally appeal my recent ban, which I understand was issued due to suspected use of bots or other unfair advantages. I would like to respectfully clarify that I have not used any bots, hacks, or third-party tools.

I believe this situation may have arisen from a misunderstanding. At the time in question, I had my headphones set aside and was intermittently pressing the “E” key while also looking at my phone. Consequently, I did not notice that Trent smoke were attempting to contact me. By the time I became aware of the situation, the ban had already been applied.

I sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused. I understand how my actions may have appeared and take full responsibility for not being attentive at the time.

I am more than willing to fully cooperate with any verification process, including a PC check, to demonstrate that I was not using any unauthorized tools or software.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I kindly request that you review my case and take my explanation into account.
