I do not have my own POV of the situation. However, I request admins to review the POV provided by the other party, as well as server logs, which will show the full situation including lack of proper RP initiation and my disconnection (Code A).

I was driving on the DOC highway towards SAHP HQ when I came across a group of gang members.

From the POV provided by them, it is visible that they said: “there is a SAHP, let’s rob him.” However, they did not properly initiate RP with me.

There was no clear command such as “pull over”, no warning, and no direct interaction towards me. Instead, they immediately engine-blocked my vehicle without giving me any chance to react or engage in RP.

Shortly after this situation, my game crashed (Code A), which was completely unintentional. I did not leave the game intentionally to avoid RP.

Despite this, I was punished for GR 6.2 (F1). I believe this punishment is unfair because:

  • RP was not properly initiated
  • I was not given a chance to respond
  • My disconnection was due to a crash, not intentional
