Hello dear admin,
They were fighting in the highway. I saw that and stop them immediately and got both of them.While I was bringing my car the ID 244610 left the proper RP while in cuffs.(Clear to see from notification). The other ID also did G.R 6.19+CL while in RP. All in bodycam
