I want to lead Ballas because I can organize members, maintain discipline, and make smart decisions in high-pressure situations.
Active & High-Quality Roleplay
My goal is to make Ballas one of the most active gangs by creating engaging RP situations like Fz , Gang Raid , Hostage situations , Store robberies , ATM robbers . i want to rule the city and make us most active criminals .
Growth & Respect of the Gang
I want to grow the gang’s strength, recruit loyal members, and build a strong reputation so Ballas becomes respected and feared in the city. I want to build Most good turfers , Who know all rules , Whos respective and loyal member . I want to be almost max members in crimes .

Stay in Character (IC) Always
Members should avoid breaking character and act like real gang members to keep RP realistic and immersive.
Organized Gang Activities
Plan regular activities like turf control, meetings, alliances, and gang wars to keep the gang active and engaging.
Proper Communication & Respect
Maintain clear communication and respect within the gang to avoid chaos and improve teamwork during RP situations.
Creative Roleplay Scenarios
Encourage members to create unique situations like deals, negotiations, or conflicts instead of just random fighting.
Reward Good Roleplay
Promote or recognize members who show high-quality RP to motivate others. I want to hire best members and i promise to make good deputies all in one
