Hello Admin, I am filing this report against ID [227442] for RDM.

I was driving my car on the road when I saw this player. We both stopped and got out of our vehicles. Without any verbal interaction, demand, or any RP reason, he suddenly started shooting and killed me.

As per the server rules, there must be a valid RP reason and a 5-second verbal demand before killing someone. He violated these rules. Please check my POV and take necessary action. Thank you.
