I understand that my previous appeal was rejected, but I would like to ask for one more review of my case.
My account was stolen before the ban was issued. I had already created a support ticket about my account being stolen before I recovered it. When I finally regained access to my account, I discovered that it had been banned for Cheats DC/PC Check.
At the time the ban was issued (22.03.2026), the account was not under my control. I believe the person who accessed my account used cheats, which caused the ban.
I kindly ask you to please review the IP logs and my previous support ticket regarding the stolen account. You should be able to see that the IP address used during the ban is different from my normal login IP.
I have never used cheats on this server and I respect the server rules. I would really appreciate it if my case could be reviewed once more.
