6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN

They also blocked the highway which i'm pretty sure is a separate rule break.
Context: I was on the way to a family sphere at battleship and when i was driving up the higway i was met with a blockade of cars and guns being fired at me for no rp reason
