Why did you get a warning and jailtime?
FEARRP and talking while unconscious

Why should the punishment be fully lifted?
The punishmentis way higher then the crime. If we are gonna force the rules this strictly, almost everybody could get a warning for being AFK after being unconscious.
About the talking while uncoinscious, if there is any proof, i would love to see it. Because as far as i'm aware, that is impossible. So that acusation is completely false.
My POV about the occerence:
Me and my RL GF were having some fun time on our bikes going towards the lumberyard. Then 2 guys in a car ran me over and pulled out a gun. I was scared and screamed, out of fear, i tried to get away on my bike. Then i got shot multiple times.
After i was down, i've waited for 2 minutes, but nothing happend, i needed to take a leak so i just went to the bathroom. When i got back, i was send to jail and got a warning and my inventory was whiped. When i asked why, it was because i went AFK while in an RP scene (which i thought was over, since i was shot dead basically) and i was told i was talking while unconscious, that last part is just rediculous because that is inpossible.
