Rules of state
1.11 All state employees are forbidden to search cars or people without role play commands or if there is not a role play situation.
5.1 All those state organisations can arrest a person if they suspected him of a criminal activity.
5.2 LSPD/SAHP/FIB cannot stop a person, search him or ask for passport without an IC reason.
General rules
6.24 It is forbidden to rob/kidnap people who working on starting jobs such as busmen/taxi drivers/electricians, etc. | WARN
This happend
I was just stopped by Xein Phantom, a police officer. I was in a taxi and complied when commanded to stop. I stayed in my vehicle, said "Hello" and "whats happening?". The officer did not say anything. He just got out of the patrol car and tazed me out of the taxi and put me in handcuffs. Then my game crashed. When I log in again I see that I am in jail.
How the rules are applied to my complaint
1.11 There was no role play commands or situation. Only a stop, taze, cuff and jailtime. No interaction even though I tried talking ingame. I have a working mic.
5.1 I did not do anything criminal at the time of the arrest, nor have I done any for the 2 days I have played. Ive just done starter jobs and was doing taxi work now.
5.2 I was stopped without an IC reason
6.24 Due to the unlawful detainment of me, I also consider this to be a kidnapping, hence general rule 6.24 also come into play.
Final comment
Please review my complaint. I am sorry that I dont have the players ID. I am new and dont know this kind of stuff. My role on Grand RP is doing lawful work, which is what I find fun. Unlawful stops like this ruins the game for me, since I was put in jail without getting to know why and when I did not commit any criminal activity.
