Dear Higher Ups,
I was banned for Under Investigation after a POV request. On 06.04.26, I completed a PC check with Babi, spending over 30 minutes reviewing my POVs and files. I have been part of this project for over 3 years with no prior punishments.
During the check, Babi mentioned finding two files both unencrypted, with one larger than a normal GTA file. He knows that these files were not modified by me. However, I was still banned because of them. I request that Higher Ups review the PC check footage to verify this.
These files were from a Redux that I do not use. My current Redux complies with server rules. If the issue is with an unused Redux, I don’t believe a cheating ban is justified. At most, it could be considered under GR 4.1 instead.
As a reference, my friend was in a same situation in en3. After appealing, his punishment was changed to GR 4.1 | Proof
