This guy posted an advertisement for rare lottery ticket at 245k and we agreed on 230k. So I went to his location to buy one rare lottery ticket. We offer an exchange he offered regular lottery ticket instead of rare lottery ticket, and i have already entered 230k amount , so when I saw that I immediately canceled it. He did not even try to cancel or say something when i entered 230k amount, if I haven't noticed then I surely would have got scammed!

You didn't get scammed. GR 1.3 applies only if you get scammed

(Low Render Redux = a setting/mod that removes far buildings and details to give more FPS)
and you can see in there pov that mountain and building take time to load that is clear showing that redux is low render

I have the screenshot of the conversation, if that counts as proof(chat ss 1 hosted at ImgBB) , (chat ss 2 hosted at ImgBB). This is all I have, but honestly I don't think someone can put an ad, negotiate with a person, and confirm the exchange without realising what he was selling. If I haven't noticed it he might have not noticed it too and I would have got scammed. Only when I noticed and canceled the exchange he said that he was mistaken. NO PERSONAL OFFENCE WITH ANYONE. PEACE
