Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Explanation: I want to set up a High Command structure that works across different time zones. By having experienced deputies in EU, US and Asian time zones I can make sure our organization is always active and can respond quickly. This way players from anywhere in the world can find a leader to help them join events and feel part of our faction. This consistency will prevent our faction from becoming inactive. Keep our reputation good with the server admins.
2. Specialized Training and Career Paths
Many groups have a problem where members only care about getting a rank. I want to focus on helping members build skills.
* For groups like LSPD or FIB I will introduce certifications like Pilot, Undercover or Negotiator. To get these certifications members will have to pass tests.
* For groups like gangs or families I will set up teams for Turfing, Robberies and Graffitis.
By creating these groups within our organization members will feel proud and like they belong. This approach will also reduce rule-breaking because members will learn about server rules and faction protocols before they get to do tasks.
3. A Legacy of Professionalism and Conflict Resolution
The best groups in Grand RP are those that earn respect from friends and rivals by being professional.
I want to be a leader who helps connect players with server rules. My goal is to focus on roleplay of just shooting. I will encourage members to talk, negotiate and come up with scenarios that involve the whole server.
I will also have a policy, against being mean or breaking rules outside of roleplay. If members break rules they will face consequences within our organization. This way our group will be seen as an example that server gods trust and other citizens want to join.
