Hi Dear Admin,

So basically I got a punishment (Demorgen) for MG,
But when I was talking to my friend on discord, I saw or thought someone is doing PG, I told my friend that and I said imma gonna make a complaint against him on forum.
But however when I made a forum the admin said that is not PG but u will get punishment for MG. so my question is, isn't it MG using OOC information in IC. If it is I did not used any OOC information in IC.
