2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I have been in this city for over 3 years now and while I have had my experiences in other orgs, There is nothing that motivated me to work so much like LifeInvader. I joined this organisation with a open heart and it did not disappoint. I met a lot of hardworking and dedicated individuals willing to improve everyday. It has been a unique experience for me since day one. I still remember the creativity and dedication I gave to host my first event here. I want to continue giving the fun experience to each and everyone of my employee. Striving to Improve everyday is what I desire
- I have worked my way from an intern to the deputy of the organization and after all this time i feel like im ready to take the leadership to improve the best organization in the city to the best with my experience as well as the help of my colleages
- Lifeinvader needs a strong leadership but also an understanding one my role here as a leader wont be about finish my tasks and paying bonuses im here for my employees to guide them, help them improve and give them an enjoyable experience
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Firsty i want to improve lifeInvaders relationship with other organizations such as the LEOs, GOV and EMS and i want to make more collaborative events together with them so that our bond becomes stronger and the citizens get more organized and interactive events.|

What i want to focus mostly on is the Ads depertment since its the core of Lifeinvader i want to make sure every employee in our organizations get the time and attention they need to understand how ads work to get as low as possible on the mistakes part

Lastly the news department we will avoid publishing boring information posters that no one reads and instead we will post interesting articles and long form videos that citizens can lay back and genuinely enjoy. Videos shouldnt just be the usual interviews and montages but also creative ideas like game shows, social experiments and more to keep the content fresh and exciting

My last call here would be the bonuses yes they have been decreased but i will be keeping my eye out on them to see if i need to improve them on some depertment to keep all the employees happy knowing they are working hard and getting what they deserve
